My health journey
I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to struggle with food cravings that seem impossible to ignore, feeling hungry all the time. I found myself slowly gaining weight, until one day, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the person staring back at me. My weight had taken a toll on my confidence—and worse, on my health.
