We want you to benefit from the freedom to decide the best therapeutic options for your health needs. As a result we do not work with insurance companies. However, your insurance company may be willing to reimburse you for our visit. We would be considered "out of network" since our practice does not work with insurance. We are happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This will be your responsibility to follow up with insurance to receive reimbursement. Please note that Medicare beneficiaries are not entitled to any reimbursement for services we provide. Fees for services not covered by insurance and Medicare will be your sole responsibility.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Payment is due at time of appointment with the nurse practitioner. We will be accepting HSA in the near future.
We offer our wellness visit with the nurse practitioner for $125. No diagnostics are ordered without your consent as additional cost may be required pending your insurance provider approval.
Labs may covered by health insurance. We have a relationship with both Quest and Labcorp and have negotiated reduced cash pay pricing for our clients. We require payment for labs prior to submitting the lab order. No additional diagnostics are ordered without your consent.
