Tirzepatide
Once weekly injection. When compared to semaglutide in a randomized clinical trial, subjects lost twice the amount of weight in the same 40 week period.
Oral Weight Loss Medications
Tesofensine
In Phase 2 clinical studies, weight loss over six months was more effective than other available oral weight loss drugs. Patients lost an average of 25 pounds (11.3 kg) on the 0.5 mg dose, and 15 pounds (6.7 kg) on the 0.25 mg dose. Patients using Tesofensine also noted
